The murdering of the Kucinich campaign

The Dennis Kucinich campaign was destroyed by the corporate media for trying to represent the public interest.

At the start of his campaign, corporate media did not cover Kucinich because he refused to take the bribes. The transnational investors who own corporate media, or represent its interests on corporate boards, or advertise in it for control, do not trust anyone to be president who does not take the bribes.

So at the start of our modern presidential campaigns, all of the talk is about who raised the most cash from transnational investors who don’t give a damn about this country or its people.

Next, corporate media cited the lack of campaign funding for Kucinich as the reason they did not cover him. “Hillary has more money from the nuclear mafia and Medical industrial complex than any other candidate” they recognized, “so we have to give her tens of millions of dollars of free coverage.” Same for all of the corporate CEOs; Clinton, Edwards, Obama.

All that free publicity for the CEOs moved their polling numbers up until, voila, corporate media could exclude Kucinich because he was not as well known. Finally, they simply refused to let him into the debates.

Are we sure it will count?

With all the hype of this Dem. and that Repub. and the solicitations to vote this way and that. The talk of change and visions for a country, the promises of new hopes and dreams and the rest of the political promises that are thrown around every four years one thought that still remains in my head. Did we ever fix the voting systems that put this shmuck in the White House the first time? I don't recall hearing that any of the approximately 15 states that implemented the Diebold voting systems ever having them removed.
So in the end, does it really matter if we vote in a great Democratic candidate? I don't think it will matter. The Repubs could nominate the incarnation of Hitler, (other than the ones already in office oh, and Guiliani) and the fascist prick could still wind up in office. If the system is broken than it doesn't matter who we vote for, a Republican is going to win.
Therefor, it pains me to say, but he who gets that nomination may be the most important. Although I don't like McCain as much as I did eight years ago, I'm glad his campaign is gaining strength. I don't like him over Ron Paul. I'd take Paul over any other Republican candidate. At least you know where he stands, but talk about not getting coverage...
My Problem with McCain is that he is just a good little soldier. When his own party turned their attact dogs on him and questioned his Military record of all things, he just layed there and took it. Didn't want to bite the hand that fed him i guess. As a veteran, I can say that active combat vets get a special amount of respect and rightfully so. This respect is multiplied exponentially for POW's, again rightfully so. For the GOP to attack McCains war record was despicable. They did it to Kerry as well and yes equally despicable, but McCain was one of there own and they disgraced themselves just to ensure that their puppet G.W. would get the party nod. And again, McCain said nothing and let the party he has been a part of for so many years just bite him in the ass.
So, that being said, if I have to take a (as my friend at assailant.org calls them) Repugnican, than I would prefer Paul. If not him, then I will take McCain. Better he then the religious extremists the party is trying to shove upon us.
